What were the goals for this week?
- Meet Dr. Raij for our weekly meeting
- Have motor enclosures printed and tested
- Adjust code to accommodate multiple motor groups
- Continue assembly
What was accomplished this week?
- Large motor enclosure was 3D printed and fits great with large motor
- Omega Player software was revised and updated in order to decrease and eliminate delay between trigger and effect
- Expanded player interface in order to send signals to scent, air controls, and four regions of vibration motors
- Met with Dr. Raij on Monday and reviewed our progress and went over issues that must be addressed
- Testing optimal servo turn angle for air system
- Design of small motor enclosures
What are the goals for next week?
- 3D print remainder of motor enclosures
- Meet consistently every weekend in order to make larger progress
- Find ways to quantify the felt effect of motor
- Assembly
Are there any critical dependencies, open problems, or other things to be aware of for the next week?
- Power limitations of Arduino board
- Design and layout of vest
- Vest material
